You share your floor plan, district, and how you use the apartment through the seasons. We confirm scope — wet area, sauna corner, lounge, or full suite — and send a fee proposal in EUR with timeline. No site visit is required to begin; photos and dimensions suffice for most Innsbruck flats.
Measured walkthrough
Optional on-site consultation verifies ceiling heights, window positions, and existing services. We note constraints for trades — not structural calculations. Findings feed the first layout sketches within one week of visit or document receipt.
Concept delivery
You receive annotated plans, section sketches, material and lighting schedules in PDF, plus one revision round included in standard packages. Documentation is interior design only — suitable for your architect, builder, or sauna supplier to quote and execute.
Handover to trades
We offer a single coordination call with your chosen contractors to walk through intent. We do not supervise construction, sell equipment, or operate finished rooms. Final responsibility for building compliance stays with licensed professionals on site.
