Concepts specify vertical grain thermo-aspen or Nordic spruce lining, tempered glass panels where light must travel from an adjacent window, and felt door seals noted for acoustic separation from sleeping zones. Equipment selection remains with your certified installer — we document openings and clearances only.
Ventilation and power
Alpine apartments require explicit air exchange paths. Our drawings mark supply and extract positions relative to roof or façade vents, with a dedicated circuit note for the heater location. These are coordination items for your electrician and HVAC trade, not operational instructions.
Transition to the lounge
The best sauna corners open onto a rest lounge chapter — a chair, a low lamp, a wool throw within two steps. We sequence materials so bare feet move from cedar to limestone to woven textile without jarring temperature or texture shifts.
